Transparency matters. Here is exactly how we evaluate every dating site on Asian Kisses.

Testing Process

Every dating site we review goes through a minimum 2-week testing period. During this time, we:

Create a genuine profile with real photos
Test all free features extensively
Purchase the recommended paid plan
Send at least 50 messages to real profiles
Test the mobile app (if available)
Evaluate customer support responsiveness
Check for fake profiles and scam patterns

Rating Categories (0-10 Scale)

Ease of Use (20%)

How intuitive is the signup process? Can you navigate the site without a tutorial? We evaluate desktop and mobile experiences, search functionality, and overall user interface design.

Profile Quality (25%)

This is the most important factor. We assess the percentage of profiles with photos, bio completeness, response rates to genuine messages, and the ratio of active to inactive profiles.

Value for Money (20%)

We compare pricing against competitors and evaluate what you actually get for your money. A free site with limited features might score higher than an expensive site with poor value.

Safety (20%)

Profile verification methods, moderation quality, anti-scam measures, data privacy policies, and payment security all factor into this rating.

Features (15%)

Communication tools (messaging, video chat, gifts), search filters, matching algorithms, translation services, and mobile app quality.

Overall Score

The overall score is a weighted average of all five categories, adjusted for the site's target audience and price point. A budget-friendly site is not penalized for lacking premium features, and a premium site is held to higher standards.

Re-testing Schedule

We re-test every reviewed site at least once every 6 months. The "Last Tested" date on each review shows when we last verified the information. If a site significantly changes its features or pricing, we update the review immediately.
