What to email us about

• Corrections. A price, feature, or policy on a review is out of date or wrong. Tell us which page and, if you can, link the dating site's own page that shows the current version. We re-check it against the source and fix the review. Our corrections policy explains what happens next.
• Scam reports. You met someone on a site we review who asked for money, gift cards, crypto, or a "visa fee". We read every report and use them when we re-test a site. If you have lost money, report it to the authorities first — in the US that is the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov and the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov. • Questions about a review. Something in a review is unclear, or you want to know how a site compared on a point we didn't cover.
• Dating sites and affiliate programs. If you run a dating site, you can ask us to review it or tell us about a change. Paying us or joining an affiliate program does not buy a review, a higher rating, or a better position in our rankings — see how we make money.

What we can't help with

We are a review site. We don't run any of the dating sites we write about, so we can't reset your password, cancel a subscription, refund credits, or remove a profile. For those, contact the dating site's own support team; each review links to the official site. We also don't act as a matchmaker or pass messages between members.

Response time

We aim to reply within a few business days. Correction requests that include a link to the dating site's own page are the fastest to confirm.
